Warmer weather is almost here to stay and this past Friday we enjoyed our first meal al Fresca!
At the beginning of 2016, I set a goal for myself to start a blog and to continually come up with posts relating to food, fitness and business. The three main things that I really enjoy writing about.
I am just going to throw it out there right now that I am in no way, shape or form trying to paint a picture that I am a yogi.
It’s the 5th of May. It’s May 5th. It’s CINCO DE MAYO! The day where eating barbaric amounts of tortilla chips, queso, and tacos is PERFECTLY ACCEPTABLE. That is, if you don’t care about your diet. In my case, I care, so I lightened up my tortilla chip recipe.
Working out is tough. In some cases, it’s not so much the actual fitness aspect, it’s the physically-getting there and trying-aspect of the whole experience that proves to be a challenge.
On January 1, 2016, I made a promise to myself that I would start a blog and begin my journey to help others.
